Steven Siegler, Esq. is an experienced, dedicated, and effective advocate for New Jersey’s executive and professional workforce.

Mr. Siegler earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1997, where he served as Supervising Editor of the Cardozo Law Review and was awarded the Best Civil Advocacy Award at graduation.

After law school, Mr. Siegler served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Paul F. Chaeit, J.S.C., Monmouth Vicinage, for the 1997-1998 term. Mr. Siegler then entered private practice and, since that time, has devoted himself to the practice of employment law on behalf of employees. Over the last ten years, Mr. Siegler has represented hundreds of clients against New Jersey employers, both large and small, in negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation of claims including discrimination on the basis of gender, age, race, disability, pregnancy, and religion, whistleblower retaliation, breach of contract, non-compete agreements, wage and hour claims, and civil rights violations.

Mr. Siegler has been a proud member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and its New Jersey affiliate since 1999. He is a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association. He is currently serving as a Barrister of the Sidney I. Reitman Employment Law American Inn of Court for the 2007-2009 term.

Mr. Siegler has earned a designation of “BV” from Martindale-Hubbell, indicating he possesses "Very High" legal ability and "Very High" ethical standards.

Mr. Siegler's appellate decisions include Rubin v. Chilton Memorial Hospital, a case which opened the door for independent contractors to make claims under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination. He is the author of Independent Contractors Protected, 12 N.J.L. 1359 (July 21, 2003), and the co-author of U.S. District Court Reaffirms Individual Liability Under CEPA, N.J. Labor. Emp.
